Handball
When the ball strikes the hand or arm of a
player. If the referee deems that a player has deliberately handled the ball, a
direct free-kick will be awarded to the opposing team. If the offence takes
place in the penalty area, a penalty may be awarded.A player may avoid
conceding a free kick if the referee judges that the handball was accidental.
