Replacements can be used in any match played in an official competition rules FIFA level, the National Federation or National Association subject to the following conditions: -
A) Permission from the International Association or the National Association shall have been obtained.
B) Competition rules should affect the total replacement, if any, to be listed assigned and how many of the postings listed can be used
C) Each team is allowed to use more than three substitutes in a match, which must be chosen from not more than five players whose names they (subject to the rules of the competition) to be given to the referee before the game started.
Replacement can be allowed in any other match, provided both
teams had agreed to a maximum number of not more than five persons and the
agreement shall be presented to the referee before the game started when the
referee is not informed or teams fail to reach an agreement, then no more than
three substitutes are allowed in any case whatsoever, replacements must be
chosen from not more than five players whose names they shall be given to the
referee before the game started.

A player can not wear any device that may be dangerous to other players.
'Shinguard' that must be covered entirely by the socks should be made of a suitable material (rubber, plastic, polyurethane or similar material) and must be able to provide the appropriate level of protection.
Goalkeepers must wear a different color from the other players and the referee.
The team that wins the right to make a choice of ejection or kick start.
After a goal; game shall be restarted as the start of the game by a player from the team to be the goal.
After half-time; when restarting the game after half time, the teams shall change the playground area and a start should be made by a player from the opposing team to start the game.
